Terms of Service
Last updated: 1 October 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and ANADOLOGIC MÜHENDİSLİK ARGE SANAYİ VE TİCARET ANONİM ŞİRKETİ ("ANADOLOGIC", "we", "us") about your use of ANADOLOGIC Hardware Academy at https://www.anadologic.com/academy (opens in a new tab) (the "Academy"). By creating an account, or by using the Academy without an account, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Academy.
Our Privacy Policy (https://www.anadologic.com/academy/privacy (opens in a new tab)) explains how we handle personal data. It is a separate notice, not part of these Terms, but please read it.
1. Who we are
- Company: ANADOLOGIC MÜHENDİSLİK ARGE SANAYİ VE TİCARET ANONİM ŞİRKETİ
- Registered address: Ostim OSB, Cevat Dündar Cd. No:1/1 İç Kapı No:67, 06374 Yenimahalle/Ankara
- Trade registry number: 513007 (Ankara Chamber of Commerce / Ankara Ticaret Odası)
- Contact: info@anadologic.com
2. Who may use the Academy
- You must be 18 or older.
- You may not use AI grading or AI practice questions if you are in the European Economic Area, Switzerland or the United Kingdom. The AI service we use does not allow it there.
- The information you give when you sign up must be true, and you must keep it up to date.
- One account per person. Your account is personal. Do not share it, sell it or let anyone else use it.
- Keep your password secret. You are responsible for everything done through your account. If you think someone else has used it, email info@anadologic.com straight away.
3. What the Academy is
- The Academy is a free self-study platform. It offers hardware engineering questions, grades your answers with AI, and tracks your XP, progress and rank.
- Paid features. We may introduce paid features in the future. Nothing will cost you money unless you have agreed to it separately beforehand.
- Changes. We may change, suspend or discontinue the Academy or any part of it at any time, with or without notice. This includes questions, tracks, features, usage limits and the AI service we use.
- Resets. We may reset scores, XP, progress or the leaderboard, for example when questions change, to correct an error or after misuse.
- Availability. We do not guarantee that the Academy will always be available or free of errors. It depends on outside services such as Google, Supabase and Netlify, and may be unavailable during maintenance.
- Limits. Daily and per-minute usage limits apply to grading, AI practice questions and grade disputes. We may change them at any time.
4. AI grading and learning content
- AI grades can be wrong. An AI service (Google Gemini) grades answers automatically, and no person checks a grade first. Grades can be wrong, incomplete or inconsistent.
- Grades are for learning only. Grades, XP, ranks and the leaderboard exist for learning and motivation. They are not an exam, certificate, diploma, accreditation or professional qualification, and they do not prove competence. Do not present them as such.
- Content is not professional advice. Questions, model answers, feedback, hints and diagrams are general educational material. They may contain errors and may not reflect the latest vendor documentation. Do not rely on them for real designs, products, safety-critical systems or business decisions. Check official documentation and ask qualified professionals.
- Grade disputes. You can dispute a grade as described on the site. We review disputes at our discretion. We are not obliged to change a grade, to reply or to give reasons. Subject to your legal rights, our decisions on grades, XP and rankings are final. This does not affect your right to ask a person to review an automated result (Privacy Policy, clause 3).
5. Your content
- Your content means the answers, dispute comments and any other text you send through the Academy.
- You keep the rights you have in your content.
- You give ANADOLOGIC a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to host, copy, process and transmit your content, including to our service providers such as Google for grading, and to let those providers use it as their terms allow (on the free Gemini API, Google may use it to improve its own products; see the Privacy Policy, clause 3), and to use it to provide, maintain and improve the Academy. Improving the Academy includes improving questions, grading guides and model answers. The licence lasts as long as we need it for these purposes.
- Suggestions. If you send us ideas or suggestions, we may use them freely, without any obligation or payment to you.
- What you must not submit. Your content must not include:
- other people's personal data
- confidential information of your employer or anyone else
- anything unlawful, or anything that infringes someone else's rights
- Please do not put your own personal information in your answers either (see the Privacy Policy).
- We do not show your answers to other members.
6. Our content and intellectual property
- The Academy belongs to ANADOLOGIC or its licensors: its questions, model answers, grading guides, hints, diagrams, texts, software and design, and the ANADOLOGIC name and logo. They are protected by law, including Law No. 5846 on Intellectual and Artistic Works.
- We give you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable right to use the Academy for your own learning, under these Terms.
- Without our written permission, you must not:
- copy, publish, sell or distribute our content
- build question banks or other products from it
- use it to train or test AI models
- download or collect it in bulk
- Personal, non-commercial study notes are allowed.
- Product and company names mentioned in the Academy, such as AMD, Xilinx, Vivado, Lattice, Microchip, PolarFire, Arm and Yocto Project, are trademarks of their owners. They are used only to identify the products discussed. ANADOLOGIC is not affiliated with, sponsored or endorsed by these companies.
7. Acceptable use
You must not:
- use bots, scripts, scrapers or other automated means to access the Academy, to answer questions or to collect content or data
- try to get around or overload usage limits, security measures or access controls
- probe, scan or test the Academy for weaknesses without our written permission. If you find a security issue, report it to info@anadologic.com and do not exploit it.
- create several accounts, impersonate someone else or manipulate XP or the leaderboard in any other way
- send content designed to manipulate the AI grader, for example instructions hidden in an answer
- send content that breaks the law or Google's Generative AI Prohibited Use Policy (https://policies.google.com/terms/generative-ai/use-policy (opens in a new tab))
- misuse the grade-dispute form or send spam
- use the Academy to harm ANADOLOGIC, other members or anyone else, or for any unlawful purpose
- reverse engineer the Academy, except where the law allows it
You are responsible, as provided by law, for any loss you cause to ANADOLOGIC or to others by breaking these Terms or the law.
8. Suspension and termination
- You can stop using the Academy at any time. You can delete your account yourself (on My Work, in the Account section: Delete my account).
- We may, without notice, suspend or close your account, remove your leaderboard entry, reset your scores or block features such as grade disputes if:
- we reasonably believe you have broken these Terms or the law, or
- your use creates a risk for ANADOLOGIC, other members or anyone else, or
- the law requires it.
- If we discontinue the Academy, we may close all accounts. When reasonably possible, we will announce this on the site in advance.
- Sections 5, 6, 7, 9, 10, 11, 12 and 13 continue to apply after your account is closed.
9. No warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Academy, its content and all grades are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. This includes warranties of accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement and availability.
We do not guarantee that the Academy will meet your needs. We do not keep regular backups of your progress, and we do not guarantee that your XP, progress or other data will be kept; data may be lost or reset.
10. Limitation of liability
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, ANADOLOGIC and its shareholders, directors, employees and suppliers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss. This includes loss of profit, revenue, data, goodwill or opportunities (such as a job), and any decision made on the basis of grades or content.
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for all claims relating to the Academy is limited to the amount you paid us for the Academy in the 12 months before the claim. The Academy is free, so this amount is zero.
- We are not responsible for the acts or failures of outside services we rely on, such as Google, Supabase and Netlify, beyond our reasonable control.
- What this section does not limit. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that the law does not allow to be limited or excluded. This includes liability for intent or gross negligence (Turkish Code of Obligations, Art. 115), and your rights under mandatory consumer protection law.
11. Events beyond our control
We are not responsible for any delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control. Examples are natural disasters, epidemics, power, internet, hosting or AI-service outages, cyber attacks, and acts of government.
12. Governing law and disputes
- These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
- Before starting any legal proceedings, please email info@anadologic.com so that we can try to resolve the matter.
- The courts and enforcement offices of Ankara (Central) have jurisdiction. This does not affect mandatory rules that let consumers apply to consumer arbitration committees (tüketici hakem heyetleri) or consumer courts, including at their place of residence.
- Our electronic records of your account and activity (such as database and server records) may be used as evidence in any dispute (Code of Civil Procedure, Art. 193). You may still prove otherwise.
13. Other terms
- Whole agreement. These Terms, together with any extra terms we show for a specific feature, are the whole agreement between you and us about the Academy.
- Severability. If any part of these Terms is invalid, the rest stays in force.
- No waiver. If we do not enforce a right at once, we have not given it up.
- Transfer. We may transfer these Terms to a company that takes over the Academy. You may not transfer your account or these Terms.
- Language. These Terms are written in English. A Turkish translation is available on request by email. If the two differ, the English version applies, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
- Notices. We may contact you through the site or at the email address on your account. You can contact us at info@anadologic.com.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may change these Terms, for example when the Academy, our service providers or the law change. The "Last updated" date at the top shows the current version.
For important changes, we will let members know on the site or by email. Changes apply from the day they are published on this page, or from a later date we state. If you keep using the Academy after that, you accept the new Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the Academy and delete your account. We may ask you to accept important changes before you can continue.
